Dawn is a Virginia Beach native but has called North Carolina Home since 1990.Upon graduating from Old Dominion University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. She entered the mortgage industry in 1993, and since that time she has helped hundreds of clients with their home financing needs.

 

One of Dawn's strengths is her ability to gather all the information required at the onset of the application process so there are no last-minute surprises. She provides sound advice, ensuring that her clients mortgage is structured properly and will benefit them for years to come. She does this with honesty, integrity and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

 

When Dawn is not advising her clients she enjoys boating and fishing with her husband and spending time at the coast with family and friends. Her goal is to advise her clients on the best loan program that will help them with their short and long -term financial goals with a stress-free experience.
